HOA Benefits

Glen Meadow Estates Homeowners Association (GMEHOA) membership is voluntary — and IMPORTANT. Your support, financial & physical, fuels your HOA, making it possible to provide you with a better quality of life. Your $35 annual membership fee buys a great deal.

Here’s the return on your $35 investment:

• VIPs (Volunteers In Patrol): Year-round neighborhood patrol, ensuring personal safety & property protection. Criminal activity is monitored and, as appropriate, residents are informed.(VIPs do NOT report CODE VIOLATIONS; call 311 or 214.670.5708 to report violations.)

• Crime Watch: Monitors criminal activity & alerts us of trends so we can take precautions.

• Beautification: Awards “Yards of the Month,” provides year-round maintenance of Glen Cove Park, grounds, pavilion, & equipment.

• Social: Plans & hosts Special Events that help us get acquainted while we have fun.

What DOES your $35.00 a year pay for?

We work towards building community esprit de corps through the following programs:

* VIP - Volunteers patrolling our neighborhood on a regular basis.

* Crime Watch

* City Services/Code Enforcement

* Rental Housing - Liason with the multifamily housing units in our HOA boundaries.

* New Resident Welcoming Committee

* Easter Egg Hunt - Spring Fling

* 4th of July Parade

* National Night-Out Events

* Summer Park Concerts

* Fall Festival

* Beautification - Encourages neighbors to maintain their yards in competing for "Yard of the Month". Also responsible for maintaining and working with the City of Dallas in keeping up our neighborhood park.

* Yard of the Month

* Our Park - Maintaining our park, playground and gazebo.

* "The Voice" - Newsletter published at least four times per year.
