Yard of the Month

If you like working in your yard, now your hard work may be recognized and rewarded under the Glen Meadow Estates HOA's Yard of the Month program!

Calloway's Nursery sponsors the Glen Meadow Estates HOA's Yard of the Month and provides $25.00 Gift Certificates to the Top 4 Winners of our Yard of the Month as selected by our judges.

Each winning front yard must agree to display a yard sign from Calloway's Nursery for one month in order to be entitled to the Gift Certificate. The YOM award is limited to once each year October through September for a homeowner. HOA Board Members are not eligible for the YOM award.

In addition, only GMEHOA members are eligible for the Gift Certificates. Non-Members may still receive recognition for thier yards with a yard sign and mention in our 'Voice' newsletter.
